    File Convey is a secure, session-based file sharing application that allows users to exchange files using:

    • User ID or QR code
    • Time-limited sessions (one-time, minutes, or days)
    • Encrypted communication

    The service is designed to minimize data retention and maximize user privacy.

  3. User Eligibility
    • You must be at least 13 years old to use this application.
    • If you are under the age required by local laws, you must have parental or guardian consent.
  4. User Accounts and Access
    • Users log in using a unique ID and password.
    • No phone number or email address is required for basic usage.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  5. File Sharing and Sessions
    • Files are shared only within active sessions.
    • Sessions automatically expire based on the duration selected by the user.
    • Once a session expires or is manually ended, associated files are deleted and cannot be recovered.
  6. User Responsibilities
    • You agree not to:
      • Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or copyrighted content without permission.
      • Use the application for malicious activities.
      • Attempt to bypass security or session limitations.
    • You are solely responsible for the content you share.
  7. Data Security
    • Files are transferred using encrypted channels.
    • File Convey does not permanently store user files after session expiration.
    • Despite security measures, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    • File Convey is not responsible for:
      • Loss of files after session expiration
      • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
      • Network failures or device issues
    • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  9. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if the service is misused.

  10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated terms.
